- One of our customer care specialists will then begin the process of troubleshooting or help you use the product according to our suggested use suggestions.
- The returned items should include all accessories and parts included in the box as delivered, any missing items will void the 30-day money back guarantee.
Once we have approved the 30-day money back guarantee request, you will need to send the product/s back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 business days. Failure to do so may result in us withholding the refund.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day from the order being placed. In peak periods orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking we will attach the tracking number to your order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you use facebook messenger, please check the messages we send you as we will provide you tracking updates along the way!
THINGS TO NOTE
A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. The package will then be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.
If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or canceled.
WILL I NEED TO PAY VAT?
As we dispatch all orders from within the US and we ship world-wide to our customers, some countries may charge additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) on imports received from the US.
You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. We will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
If a package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to the us. We are not able to refund the shipping charge in this case. The time a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices.
