This is the second of these Power Packs I have bought and they are fabulous for travel. Makes it much easier to charge devices and the ability to snap the bottom off for charging on the go is fabulous. The charge time is super quick and having the additional international adaptors cuts back on bulk and cost when travelling overseas. More impressive though is the service I recently received from Charles in Customer Support. I had experienced an issue with another device and he was extremely responsive and helpful in his communication. It took a few weeks for everything to resolve but Charles was always understanding and empathetic and continued to investigate solutions for my problem. Happy to say that I am a very happy customer!
I have been using this for a week or so now and although I'm not travelling at the moment, it's proved it's worth beside my bed. It is quite heavy so I'm not sure I'll take it with me when I leave for my trip overseas next month. I do like that I can charge 2 - 3 things at the same time, one plugged into the main wall unit, another one (my android phone and/or an iphone) from the portable charger which charges when connected to the plug in unit as well when separated.
I was hesitant in putcahsing this product but I am glad I did. I recently travelled overseas and this powerbank was a lifesaver. My daughter and I have different phones so having both cables for Android and Apple was terrific.
I did find the 100% didnt last all day/evening. Especially if charging 2 phones. It would be amazing if the power charge/battery would go 150-200%. Sorry not very tech savvy so hope you can understand my terminology. Double the charge!
I think for future reference, if the % cant be modified, I would need a back up powerbank.
