SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic US orders are shipped from our US logistics warehouse in Grove City, Ohio with partnered courier companies such as USPS & FedEx.

We also provide worldwide shipping to customers all over the world using partnered courier companies such as DHL, FedEx & USPS.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic - United States

  • Standard USPS Shipping (3-7 Business Days) - $4.99
  • Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days) - $19.99
  • Orders over $69USD - FREE Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days)

International

International Shipping Costs vary between Reqion, Zone and Order Value. We offer both standard and express shipping for worldwide shipping. View your shipping costs within checkout page by adding your products to cart continuing to shipping. Once your address and details are added you can view your shipping costs.

SHIPPING TIMES

We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day from the order being placed. In peak periods orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking we will attach the tracking number to your order confirmation email. Alternatively, track your order above.

THINGS TO NOTE

A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. The package will then be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.

If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or canceled.

VAT/IMPORT FEES

As we dispatch all orders from within the US and we ship world-wide to our customers, some countries may charge additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) on imports received from the US.

You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. We will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

If a package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to the US. We are not able to refund the shipping charge in this case. The time a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices.
